General Terms of Delivery and Sale

These terms and conditions shall apply subject to any modifications that the parties may make to them by express written agreement. By placing an order, the purchaser accepts our general terms and conditions as the only valid ones and renounces to oppose to them his own conditions of purchase.


The responsibility for the files or drawings sent for the 3D printing of various objects lies with the customer. In no case, the customer will be able to claim a compensation for the nonconformity of the product. The photographs on the product sheets are not contractual. The customer must check the technical characteristics of the products before placing an order. The responsibility of Belka3D can’t be engaged in case of manifest error between the characteristics of the product, its illustration and its conditions of sale.


The delivery is sent from Belgium. It is necessary to count 3 to 10  working days depending on the country of destination. The price of the delivery depends on the weight of the parcel, that’s why a flexible rate is applied according to a weight/country table. At the time of receipt of the order, if you notice that the contents are damaged or incomplete, please mention it to the carrier or notify us directly by email at: In any case, for any problem whatsoever, you can also inform us at this address.


The payment of an order is done at the time of the validation of this one. The traditional and secure means of payment are accepted (Paypal, credit card, …). You will receive a confirmation once your payment is validated.


For orders placed on the site, the customer has a right of withdrawal of 14 days. This period is calculated from the date of receipt of the package. This right does not apply to personalized items, damaged products or products that no longer have the original packaging in condition. The items will be returned to the address of the counter indicated in the contact page of the site. The shipping costs remain the responsibility of the customer. Returns with postage due or cash on delivery will be refused. If your items have defects, the shipping costs will be refunded. In case of abnormal or abusive returns, Belka reserves the right to refuse a subsequent order. A copy of your purchase invoice with your bank details (IBAN and SWIFT) must be attached to your shipment so that we can process the refund within 30 days of receiving the shipment. For all claims, proof of deposit of your shipment at a post office or carrier will be required along with the receipt.


The company reserves the right to refuse the order for a “legitimate reason” (as defined by the jurisprudence), and in particular (without this list being restrictive) in case of unavailability of the product, impossibility of carrying out the service, abusive request of the customer, presumption of impossibility for the customer to contract or obvious intention for the customer to harm the company. The order will be executed at the latest within a period not exceeding 7 days from the expected date of delivery of the product or service mentioned in the order, subject to its acceptance by the company. For the deadlines concerning the various types of services (personalization…), please contact us. An invoice will be automatically sent to the customer when the order is placed. It will be sent to the email address indicated by the customer when ordering, unless otherwise specified by the customer.


All prices of products and services offered for sale on the site are expressed in euros, all taxes included, excluding shipping costs. They may vary in the event of a change in the VAT rate. Belka reserves the right to change its prices at any time, but undertakes to apply the prices in effect at the time the order is registered, subject to the availability of the products on that date. The products ordered remain the property of Belka until full payment is received. However, as of the receipt of the order by the Customer, the risks of the delivered goods are transferred to the Customer. The amount of the delivery costs is automatically calculated according to each order, and is indicated on the summary of your order, before its final recording.


Our equipment is guaranteed against any manufacturing defect. Defective spare parts are replaced or repaired during the period of one year for new equipment from the date of the invoice, the date of delivery being proof. However, the warranty does not apply if the defect is due to mishandling, deterioration or a manufacturing defect.
